I’ve been away. So much has happened lately. I love the idea about the Pirates! style game. I loved that game back in the day. Anyway, again I’m sorry for taking so long to respond. I’ll post a blog updating everyone.

The lack of comics from you saddens me as yours is one of the few consistently amusing comics on the web.

But on the game, I would recommend privateering Pirates! style. Another good thing to plunder from it would be the land exploration aspects to make the worlds more robust than visit new world, get ship repaired, sell crap from stuff you blew up, leave.

I totally understand that! After three and a half years of comics it gets really difficult to keep going unless it’s a passion and you’re making good money. But rest assured that I really appreciate all the hard work you put into helping me with your beautiful colors.

Sometimes an artist just needs a change of project or too pursue a different kind of work. But you two hard working guest colorists deserve a big hand for your help.

Guest colorist confessional time… I can definitely understand the burnout problem, that’s why you haven’t gotten the next page from me yet. My portrait work has me so sick of art that I can’t even bring myself to do the fun stuff like coloring. But not to worry, I’ve decided to abandon my art career entirely and go back to college, which means before you know it I’ll be so sick of college (again) that I’ll want to quit to be an artist (again).
