Is this the end of this comic? It hasn't been updated in quite a while, and.... Well.... If it is, Thank you. I enjoyed it

Perhaps I will. It's really at the earliest design stage at the moment and I'm really unsure of what engine I'll use and gameplay. I'm considering RPG Maker VX as it's really pretty polished and so much is built in. I'd have to make my own sprites, tiles, portraits and such. It's a lot of work, and I'll probably be looking for someone to do the music (eventually-not now). I have a story and setting that I like. It's just a matter of writing it. Also I'm not sure about maybe doing the game in chapters and releasing each chapter as its finished for a small shareware charge for each chapter. I don't know. I'll post some art or something when I have something to post. Right now I'm still writing.

Sorry to hear your comic hasn't been doing well, but a game sounds interesting, if a lot of work.

I have to wonder how some comics are successful though, seems like they tap into an existing fandom or appealing to people's... baser instincts (hot scantily clad chicks ect). But at some point success reaches a critical mass and there's little you can do and *not* continue to be successful. Megatokyo is a good example, it only updates once a week (or less) even though the comic is his *job*. Boggles the mind really, but then they have a lot of merchandise in the store.

Yes, rumors of my death are greatly exaggerated. ;-) It was actually more than just being busy. Until my medication change I couldn't even feel like posting or have the creativity to work on it. But now my creativity is back. You are right that it would be a pity to let it die of neglect. I'm not entirely done with the TFR as such. I'm actually considering doing a classic style TFR CRPG with a good story and such. I mean, I'd like to play it. I don't know if anyone else would, but I'm in a game designing mood. And the TFR characters and world is already so real in my mind. I've already got a good game engine to work with that'll do classic RPGs. I'm just not in a comic making mood at the moment. But a game sounds fun. Anyway, I'm just thinking about it. I won't let the site die of neglect though. I will keep it up and do something with it. I just don't know what yet.

Oh, well, at least no fatal accident. Busy is understandable...It is a good strip though, if you finish it. It would be a pity to let die of neglect.

My first thought at that ancients line was "Victorians".

And I'm sure there some spy novel where a laundry list was used as code. That never happened with George Smiley, but I could see it as a possibility, especially under Moscow Rules.

Yeah, it's a bit goofy, but you know, people try to find codes in anything. And there's always somebody to study them. Why not ancient laundry lists
