Yes, the whole treasure island theme has been done many times, including Disney’s scifi version Treasure Planet. I actually kind of liked that movie though it wasn’t one of their best. But then I’m not a big Disney fan. More of a fan of Pixar. My favorite Disney flick is The Emperor’s New Groove. Anyway, I love the idea of lost ruins and buried treasures and theirs plenty of surprises in store. And next week we’ll return to Brin Thade and Pix and their side of the adventure.

Yeah, I love Mad. He doesn’t quite. We learn more about him Friday. And next week we start with Brin and her adventure. I’m really looking forward to that. I already have next weeks strips done.
You should look into Disney’s older stuff. It was quite good. I believe there were a number of pirate movies from 40s-60s that Disney did. There were a lot of good live action movies Walt or his company (while Walt was around) produced that just aren’t well known.
Yeah a lot of their older stuff was really good. I’ve seen much of that when I was younger. I also liked Lilo and Stitch. And I believe they did a live action Treasure Island way back when.
