That speech was enough to make Madeline break off her engagement with Gussie (much to Bertie’s chagrin), so I think it will work here.

I can’t get enough of Gilly’s facial expressions in this comic.
Thanks! Yeah, Gilrec’s expressions were the most important part of this page. I had to really look at all my work for ideas. My favorite is panel 6 where he says what a beautiful galaxy it is. I just love the way that wasted smile came out.
“Rondulan Ale” huh? I assume you’re familiar with the S.P.O.C.K. song of nearly the same name?

Actually I’ve never heard of that song, but I wanted to reference Bone’s line from Star Trek II and I didn’t want to actually use the term Romulan (I don’t want to get sued, that Paramount is crazy
). So Rondulan sounded close enough.
