[Comic 206] Defensive Maneuvers

No GravatarHere’s another black and white, although I toned it and tinted it, and gave it a little texture too. I just didn’t feel up to all out coloring right now. But I’m really happy with how Bentley came out. I’ve upgraded his arm cannon design to look more sleek and retro. I also drew his figure a little more streamlined. I really like it like that. The blast hole background was fun to do too. This wasn’t in the original story but I like the idea of doing something cool with Bentley. We haven’t seen him show off his abilities since chapter two. Besides I think it’ll be fun to draw. Hope you like it.

Methinks Bentley (his name is Bentley, right?) has somewhat of a Darker Side and a Shady Past…
    Could I be wrong? O.o

I’m a tad surprised you aren’t coloring these recent few. Are you saving that for later? Or Is it going with the Mood-of-the-Story kinda thing? o.o
I’m just a WEE BIT confuzed.

Aww What the Heck, it’s fine!

Is it shady? It certainly is very secret.

Actually I’m just burnt out on coloring. It’s an extra 3-4 hours work usually, and I’m just not feeling that great lately. So I figure it’s better to have toned b/w pages than late pages or no pages at all. But eventually they’ll have to be colored I guess.
