Well, I’ve gone and shaded it but it’s still in black and white. I just don’t have the time to color it right now. Things kind of crazy. But I think it came out looking pretty good. That first panel is suitably freaky-looking, I think.This version has a nice moody feel to it. I’m not sure I’ll be able to color them for a while. We’ll have to see.

For my part I’d say especially that first panel, but also the shot of the psychiatrist himself are perfect in black and white. I’m still saying over-all colored is cooler (keep it at man, we love what you do!), but if anything that makes black and white even MORE effective when used on one or two panels (plus I think the “Happy Town Psychiatry” sign in bright neon color would just be too much)
Yeah, I really need to try to get the coloring down to a reasonable time. It does look so much nicer in general. Although the film noir look for these pages I think works pretty well.
