The Far Reaches Webcomic

This was a really fun page to do. Of course, I spent all weekend rendering out the 3d images for the chase scenes in this and the last page. Other than that, breaking the pages up like I did made them manageable. My sister helped me improve the first shot. I added the hover cars at her suggestions so you’d know he’s heading down and besides, it looks more like traffic. I like how the one guy’s honking. This scene was inspired by the car chase in the 5th Element. I love when he drives down into traffic, and wanted to try and recreate it. I’m pretty happy with how it came out.

Also, this is the end of chapter three. It’s the end of Issue #5 and I thought it’d make a good stopping point for the chapter. Next we’re going to go into, well, you’ll see. We’ll find out more about what’s going on behind the scenes.
